A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Dispensing Optician to join our award-winning, independent practice where people are valued, ideas are heard and your skills, experience and creativity can impact the business daily. We specialise in children's vision and are very much community based.



If you have excellent commercial awareness and enjoy the rewards of working in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will either have proven leadership experience or are keen to develop their leadership skills. They'll provide an exceptional customer experience, give honest, professional advice to ensure our patients have eyewear solutions that best meet their individual needs and mirror their personality, be proficient at liaising with suppliers, and enjoy assisting in the development of less experienced team members while supporting the continued growth of the practice in the local community.



Essential Criteria

·A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Dispensing role

·A proven ability to provide exceptional patient experience and improve business performance

·Computer literacy



Salary is commensurate with experience, on a scale of £22,048 - £28,080 per annum.

Working Hours:

Tues 9.30-5.30, Wed 9.30-5.30, Thur 11.00-8.00, Fri 9.30-5.30, Sat 9.30-4.30
