The role of a Dispensing Optician at Mairead O'Leary Opticians offers you a consultative role as part of the Optical Frame and Lens expert team where you will be an integral part of delivering a professional and personalised service to our patients. You will demonstrate your expertise in creating rapport and trust with your customer and assisting them in making selections in their eyewear that they will love.

- A great ability to connect with and understand and diagnose customers' deeper needs
- An ability to match customers' needs and styles that they will love
- An enthusiasm for being part of a great team and possessing a positive outlook
- Have previous experience in an optical customer service environment.
